Implementation Coordination Partnership

Joint Plan

Over the last two years, the project members have been sharing information about their research programs with an eye toward formally coordinating the pavement research agenda within the region.

As this group continues to identify opportunities for shared research and implementation activities, a Frozen Four plan for research administration will emerge. This plan will document how the states are effectively coordinating their research solicitation and selection processes, building expertise instead of duplicating efforts, and carrying out multi-state technology transfer activities.
